Firefox 147 adds support for unitless
-webkit-perspectivevalues, for increased compatibility. See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1362499.This PR adds a rel note to the Firefox 147 rel notes to express this. I don't think any changes are needed to the
perspectivereference doc, or anywhere else.Motivation
