do you plan to add scrollIndicatorInsets support #4
Description
UIScrollView has -scrollIndicatorInsets property, which is mostly used with -contentInset property when interacting with keyboard.
as this amazing scroll bar is replacing the old scroll indicator, I think it should respect this property or support similar feature.
