[Feature Request] Support hackertarget api key usage

Support hackertarget.com api key usage
hackertarget.com now limits users to 50 free scans per ip. and provides an &apikey= query param to bypass this rate limit. Can support be given for the api-keys.yml for hackertarget.com to optionally include the api key if it exists onto the api url.
