[Bug] Fanatec and Moza Racing Sim Devices being picked up on first launch, near impossible to disable #916

Description

@DevDominic

Current Behaviour

Hi, I have a racing sim connected to my PC and when I started playing the new Fabulously Optimized 14.0.0 modpack (for Minecraft 26.2) I am immediately met with inputs switching between my mouse and the Fanatec Shifter/Handbrake and Moza Steering Wheel in the start menu. This causes the buttons in the startup menu of Minecraft to flicker uncontrollably and I have to repetitively click in order to navigate through the UI.

Expected Behaviour

I do not believe Fanatec/Moza devices should be picked up immediately as usable devices. If a user chooses to use them, they should be configurable, but currently the UI is near impossible to navigate.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Have a Fanatec or Moza Racing Sim connected to PC (Does not need to be powered on, their USB device status is still connected)
  2. Launch Minecraft 26.2
  3. Immediate input issues
