Allow wrapping of resources

Already have the option to wrap queues after a certain point.

For some models, the number of resources is high - e.g. in hospital efficiency project orthopaedic model, the default is 40 beds, with flexibility in sliders to increase past this number

This results in some unwieldy layouts - adding in similar options to the resources for wrapping at a certain point would be valuable.
