Matrix cannot be opened with Falkon. Why?

Exact same error when following the link on their official homepage, https://element.io/get-started

Hopefully they are not doing this based on some weird User Agent checking.

Ours is: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; FreeBSD amd64; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Falkon/22.08.1 Chrome/83.0.4103.122 Safari/537.36

I have also used it with other browsers, but the one based on Qt webkit didn't work
