Maybe this is working for everyone? Just in case it isn't, here's what I did:
I flashed a fresh microSD card with the official Raspberry Pi Imager.
Selected my Pi4 > Other Specific Purpose OS > 3D Printing > OctoPi > OctoPi New Experimental Camera Stack.
Once finished, loaded it into my Pi 4, waited for it to boot, it prompted me to update to OctoPrint 1.11.5, which I let it do.
Restored my OctoPrint instance from a backup file.
Went into boot/firmware/camera-streamer/libcamera.conf
Added the following settings:
PORT=8080
WIDTH=1920
HEIGHT=1080
VIDEO_HEIGHT=1080
SNAPSHOT_HEIGHT=1080
FRAMERATE=15
OPTIONS='--camera-options="DEFAULT" --camera-options="AfMode=2" --camera-options="AfRange=2" --http-listen=0.0.0.0
On reboot, my PiCam3Wide was working under OctoPi* 1.1.0cam (build 2025.11.04.133303).
Then I added my other two USB cameras (a cheap USB UVC module mounted on the gantry) and my USB endoscope mounted pointing at the nozzle. All three cameras are working.
