[Bug]: Classroom Name Edge Cases

Describe the bug

When Classrooms are created with long, single-word names or descriptions, it can cause text to extend off the card.

Additionally, when names or descriptions are too long, it extends the height of the card. There is currently no limit to the card's height.

To Reproduce

1. Make sure you can successfully log in via Github (use the Github sign-in option, not Auth0)
2. Run "npx prisma studio" in the terminal, navigate to the "Users" table, change the role of your user to "TEACHER"
3. Make sure you click "Save changes" in prisma studio
4. Sign out of the Classroom app and then sign back in
5. Navigate to the /classes page
6. Create a class with an unusually long name or description, or edit an existing class to have this

Expected behavior

The name and description need to fit within the card wrapper and not extend off the card. Additionally, we're thinking of adding character limits to the name and description.
