Add Missing Sections:

A "Getting Started" section to guide new contributors.

A "Contributing" section linking to a CONTRIBUTING.md file.

A "Code of Conduct" section linking to the new CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md.

Adding CONTRIBUTING.md & CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md:
CONTRIBUTING.md → Include contribution guidelines, PR process, and branch policy.

CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md → Use a standard CoC (like Contributor Covenant) to maintain a healthy community.
