Fixes a bug when switching from the A380X to the A32NX within one SimBridge session.
A380X uses the newer SimBridge client interface, whereas A32NX uses the older SimConnect interface. Latter one used to get disabled as soon as former arrives.
Now, a timeout is adding which will accept SimConnect interface messages again after two minutes of SimBridge client interface inactivity.
