Wrong Flight Level

Hi,

When i set a flight level for exemple FL250 my autopilot puts well 250 but on the primary flight display I see that its altitude is more than 250 (251or more). Yet passing my altitude of transition I go from QNH to Standard (1013) ...

Any one can help me or found any issue ?
