BUG: Cannot create multi-file examples in examples/ with non-Air dependencies

Describe the bug

In the TortoiseORM demo PR I ran into build failures because a dependency of the demo Air project is not a regular Air dependency

Expected outcome

When you create a multi-file example, you should be able to specify whatever dependencies you want

On line 451 of Air's root pyproject.toml change the line to be:

include = ["tests/**", "**/test_*.py", "**/*_test.py", "examples/tortoiseorm/**"]

After that change, the new test failure in https://github.com/feldroy/air/actions/runs/19086391668/job/54527416903 is unrelated to the PR
