Update latest official image for 14.1.0

I didn't see a 14.1.0 image https://hub.docker.com/r/exomiser/exomiser-cli/tags Would you be able to publish a 14.1.0 image on the official Dockerhub channel? So that I could use exomiser/exomiser-cli:latest and have it be 14.1.0 and not 14.0.0? Thanks!
