Auto update backlinks window when opening a new note

When I jump between notes, I like to see the backlinks for the current note. Here are simple user commands that enable/disable auto updates for the backlink window.

Just call :ObsidianAutoUpdateBacklinks to enable it and :ObsidianAutoUpdateBacklinksDisable to disable it.

You might want to turn down the log_level as it is log_level = vim.log.levels.INFO by default.

Ignore the above post. With #374 (comment) you can open the backlinks with telescope.
