Build a private ecosystem

Hi,

Our organisation relies heavily on Dependabot to keep up with dependencies update. Thanks for the great product!

We would like to build a private ecosystem for Dependabot, which would be able to read through code written using internal frameworks.

We have read through the docs on how to contribute a new ecosystem to dependabot-core, but we feel like pushing this new ecosystem to the open source community would not make sense since it would only work in the context of our private internal frameworks.

Is there any way we can configure Dependabot to pull (in addition to all dependabot-{package-manager}) a dependabot-private-package-manager?
