Shouldn't I be able to see advanced statistics of non-RED member if I have a RED subscription?

I think if im RED member I should be able to see advanced statistics of other users even if they don't have RED subscription, it would be nice to see how much of their KATAS are of what difficulity and so on, I think this feature falls into same idea of "compare head to head".
