Website Issue: TeV limits appear to update as you type

I just found something that might be bit of an issue with limiting monthly TeV spend on the site. If you enter the new limit too slowly, it looks like it sets a limit before you are done typing (judging this purely by the UI updating).

I accidently set a limit of 7 TeV earlier today.

Not a big deal for me at the moment, but if I had actual DBs running it would be quite bad if they disabled themselves because I didn't type fast enough.

Of course, this might just be only occurring in the UI, but I thought I should flag it either way.

i can confirm that this happens after a 2?s delay of not typing. it actually changes the value and is not just an UI update.
