ORCA report does not show correct info for improvement actions #328
Description
The ORCA report does not show correct configuration status for the following items:
- Safe Links shows an improvement action for the default built-in protection policy (enabling Safe Links for internal users). However, the customer already has a custom policy that is scoped to all users (all available recipient domains) so the desired outcome is for the improvement action to not flagged on the report as it's not applicable.
- Common Attachment Type Filter shows an improvement for missing default file type with a single entry (.jnlp) in the Default policy listed. However, the customer has all default file types included and has simply added an additional custom file type. The desired outcome is for the improvement action to not be flagged as it's not applicable.
