Angular 21 Support

Issue description

Since Angular v21 got released two days ago. Thought I'd just submit the feature request in regards to that.

Current behavior:
Nebular 16 does not support Angular 21, it expects Angular 20 as a dependency. When used with Angular 21, npm throws errors in regards to type definitions since dependcies and etc.

Expected behavior:
Nebular should work out of the box with Angular 21

@kisimediaDE I created a PR (https://github.com/akveo/nebular/pull/3306) to update nebular in order to be compatible with Angular v21. Additionally I migrated all templates that were still not using the control flow syntax.

So hopefully we don't have to wait 6 month for an update this time. Let's see when the PR will be approved.
