"creator: IDTA" is no correct reference (Type Reference - ReferenceTypes and Key missing)

I agree, IDTA is not a valid subject identifier. It is not really critical since there is no Template-Database and elemenst with stereotype "Template" are not part of any schema.

We should remove the namespace IEC: not used in any example in the document. No need to standardize it.
