Unable to Reauth

this is the message in large bold fonts by microsoft when trying to reauth. I copied the link provided by the client and pasted in my browser, then tried logging in. this is what is shown. the client was working fine till now. my version is 2.4.25. i don't remember where i installed from. i tried updating earlier but failed. but then stopped since the existing version was working fine.

Is being added to the previously blank page that is returned during the authentication sequence. The best I can determine is that this change occurred by Microsoft ~48 hrs ago with zero messaging.

Version 2.4.25 is obsolete for quite some time now.
