This workshop is a follow-up to our first meeting on the establishment of a Global Epidemiological Parameters Repository. It will focus on defining a standardized data model for the extraction of epidemiological parameters. The workshop will be virtual, and will occur on June 20th from 2-4 pm CET.
The objective of this workshop is to bring together experts and professionals in the field of epidemiology and infectious disease modelling to collaborate on creating a unified and consistent data model for the extraction and representation of essential epidemiological parameters. By standardizing the process, we can enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and interoperability of the data, facilitating effective analysis and decision-making.
Prior to the workshop a survey will be shared to collect your initial input. During the workshop, we will engage in interactive discussions, share knowledge and experiences, and work together to define the key components and structure of the standardized data model.
If you'd like to attend this workshop you can reply to this announcement or send an e-mail at: [email protected].
