This PR:

  • Fixed unloaded settings crashing the default value of the RSS GUI element.
  • Fixed OverflowError when setting the upload and download limits on handles.
  • Updated the log level to CRITICAL when running non-developer Tribler.
  • Updated the status bar to show up/down status using 1000-base instead of 1024.
