Gracefully handle recurssion_limit

Currently if a graph reaches the maximum configured recursion_limit, it returns a recursion limit error. Would be better if instead when it reaches a recursion error limit it terminates gracefully by having the supervisor (leader/coordinator) respond back with a final answer based on all the information its gathered.
