Make Default SSO Role Configurable and Allow EDITORs to Manage Notification Channels

When a user logs into the UI via SSO, the initial permission is set to VIEWER. Is it possible to change the default permission to EDITOR?
Also, it’s inconvenient that the service owner who configures and manages alerts has only EDITOR permissions and therefore cannot create Notification Channels.
From an information security certification standpoint, ADMIN privileges should be restricted to a minimum number of users, which in turn increases the workload on ADMINs. I’d like to suggest allowing users with the EDITOR role to configure Notification Channels as well.
