Calling local home will be confusing.

those app's home is actually friend based? If I changed the home to local, where should I place the real "home" or real "local"?

I recommend avoid Home as name of a specific timeline as it's confusing (NeoDB web does have Home which is a section, but in your app it is mostly Library which is brilliant)

IMO most users should be ok with:

• Me or Mine or You or Yours = posts by current user [*]
• Home or Following = posts by current user and those they follow (I recommend Following bc Home is often ambiguous )
• Local = public post on your server

[*] btw Me vs You is a classic question since the beginning of PC, so feel free to make your own decision

For timeline tab, still need some consideration.

If you are planning for a profile tab, posts of current user may go there, instead of the first tab.

Friends will eventually become Following while the Chinese translation keeps “友邻” as same as Douban does.
