Add adventure support to bukkit bossbars #13545

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Unlike bukkit the intended adventure bossbar api lacks some functionality servers would use such as the option of visibility, and the option to save bossbars to the server through KeyedBossbar
this leads to lack of support for some functionality such as fonts on titles
Describe the solution you'd like.
Add support for adventure api components to BossBar#setTitle()
