Former neuro-geneticist (10 year of research on fruit fly memory and behavior), I have been more recently interested in data analysis and management, as a specialisation for my interests in open science (open research). I am presently working on ways (technical and social) to implement the principles of FAIR and open data in the lab workflow and ways to foster collaboration between researchers via the SmartFigure Gallery project.

I have a PhD degree in biophysics after which I decided to leave academia and try to reform it ✊I am a co-founder of Open Science TV, an independent media platform promoting Open Science practices. As I am worried about mental health in academia, I also run an anonymous survey on toxic academic environment called ToxicScience. And finally, this year I was elected for steering committee of OSMOOC, together with my colleagues we work on making education in Open Science available and trendy!

I have founded Tree of Science (http://www.treeofscience.comwww.treeofscience.com>) to help researchers to be more familiar and efficient with digital tools for researchers (science 2.0) and open science. Tree of Science provides training, consultancy and online coaching on digital strategy. In mid-September, we will release a free web app for researchers to easily find all the science digital tools (in all fields from science to humanities) to be faster and more efficient all along their research workflow (and beyond 😉).
