coords.txt converts to "wrong" UTM system

I've got the attached geo.txt with a custom proj4. The coords.txt file is generated, I believe to do planar estimates etc.

The geo.txt is already in a planar format using us-ft & elevations.

I'm not sure the conversion is necessary, but if it is, it's still wrongly picking UTM14N (https://spatialreference.org/ref/epsg/32614/) when it should be UTM15N (https://spatialreference.org/ref/epsg/32615/). Where is it figuring out what to convert to? I can provide additional files if needed.

I can also generate a lat/lng version.

Could you provide what version / image of ODM you are using?
Perhaps you have some log files too? 🙏 The more info the better
