IsStreamable Metadata parameter

Have searched everywhere, and can't find any documentation on this parameter.

When MediaInfo reports IsStreamable as "Yes" or "No", is this a piece of Metadata stored in the mkv, or is it something that MediaInfo interprets from other elements of the file?

I am currently remuxing some problematic files, with the main change being that after remuxing, that parameter switches from No to Yes. Is this possibly a parameter just incorrectly set, so it could just be changed, or is MediaInfo telling me that something about the file prevents streaming, which is fixed by the remux.

I am not too familiar with the MKV part of MediaInfo but from a quick search it seems that this is the only condition that it is set to No else it is set to Yes. Looks like something interpreted by MediaInfo to me.

Supported fields description but the it does not say a lot more.

It is the outcome of the position of the track description in the file:

• If the track description is before the cotent, it is streamable
• If the track description is after the cotent, it is not streamable

which is fixed by the remux.

There is nothing to fix as there is no bug, it was just a choice during first mux.
It is changed by the remux (it is a pure user/tool choice, and here there is no reason, in a remux, to be non streamable, so it is a good choice).
