Smaller step size for rotation

currently the step size for rotation is 0.01 which is 3.6 degrees. I am using the workbench for animations where I need a 42.5 degree rotation which isn't possible (43.2 and 36.6 degrees are the closest possible values)
I think it should be relatively simple to allow greater precision for this input field.
