Duplicated waybars

Hey,

I’m running into a weird issue:
Waybar is showing up twice when I start HyDE.

What I’ve tried so far:

Restarted HyDE (logout/login)
Checked my waybar.service to make sure I’m not launching multiple instances..
Tried pkill waybar && waybar,still ends up duplicated.

Disabled HyDE’s autostart and only used mine, still duplicated. (i checked hyprland.conf theres no waybar autostart there either)

Symptoms:

As soon as HyDE starts, two Waybar instances appear.
If I manually kill one, the other keeps running normally
