FATES_C13DISC_SZPF field appears different in h0a and h0i output suggesting a diagnostic field that was possibly not tested for perfect restarts before.

This a FATES test. The change that revealed the problem came in with the commit e53049f in PR #2061, which put default inactive fields in history.
