Update French localization files and release notes for DataLab version 1.0.2

- Updated POT-Creation-Date to 2025-12-03 in installation.po, release_1.00.po, and requirements.po.
- Changed minimum required versions for 'guidata' from 3.13.3 to 3.13.4 and 'Sigima' from 1.0.2 to 1.0.3 in installation.po and requirements.po.
- Updated release notes to reflect the release date of DataLab Version 1.0.2 as 2025-12-03.
