when making cuts in the video and then adding subtitles, the subtitles are added to missing parts as well

Description

I originally made a 3-minute video, then cut out some parts to shorten it to 2 minutes. After that, I added subtitles (using a ~500 MB model), but the subtitles were generated for the original 3-minute version, including the parts I had removed - as if the cuts were never made.

Reproduction

1. record a video
2. make cuts in the middle
3. add auto-generated subtitles
4. notice that subtitles dont match the video, since they are done for the original video, not the cut version
