App window only appears on internal display when using DisplayLink #1503
Description
When using a DisplayLink dock with multiple external monitors in clamshell mode, the "Recording" / "Main" window does not appear on any external monitor. The app only shows on the built-in laptop display, which requires opening the laptop lid to see the window. The window with settings, shortcuts etc does show fine in all displays
Dragging the window toward an external monitor is just an example of the issue: even when crossing the boundary between displays, the window never appears on the external monitor and remains partially visible on the internal display.

Without the dock and with an external monitor the window is able to move to other display just fine.
