Not ready yet, but this is what I'm thinking for the Atlas Toolbox page that uses this.

I don't really see the point in doing this, plus there hasn't been an update in a while. I don't think this is needed at all. |

Describe your pull request
Created a script which dumps information about the system configuration related to the settings that Atlas alters to a text file, and a JSON file for Atlas Toolbox to use to display the information.
The reason I made this is that I think it could be helpful for the user or a person helping them to figure out an issue with their configuration.
