Email notification with summary after Trivy scan

## Background
We would love to get an email notification after Trivy scan into the groups of emails. This needs a permission to use the SMTP server for sending internal emails.

## Feature
Add another step in the Trivy automatic scan workflow to send an email summary table into groups of emails.
